Where is the Air Idler Valve?
Cleaning the Air Idler Valve is important for keeping your Classic running smoothly. With the engine OFF, you can remove the valve from the plenum
with a gentle turn with a large wrench. Unplug the electric from it and give it a twist. Once off you will see the black deposits that
are not allowing a proper seal when the plunger hits the seat. Clean them off with brake cleaner or another solvent. Also clean the inside
seat as well. I use a rag with a screwdriver. I've done this so many times it's become old hat to me. It will with you as well.
Thanks for reading and Happy Rovering.
